Sunny Days El Palacio Resort & Spa

It was a superb vacation at this amazing resort hotel. There were two kinds of beaches, one was a well-constructed lagoon with somewhat deep water ranging from 5 - 8 meters, with a double safety net at its connection with the open sea to protect guests from large fish threats, and the other beach was somewhat shallow, crystal clear open sea, ranging from 1 - 1.7 meters. The food quality was superb and varied, especially at lunch and dinner. The staff was invaluable and professional, especially "Mr.Waleed Ramadan", he was such a decent and courteous person, and for sure a valuable asset for the hotel, as he was able to solve any logistical inconvenience for the guest and also keen on making the stay much better with his hands-on experience. For sure, I'm intending to plan another vacation at this wonderful destination shortly and catch up with the summer season before it ends. Finally, I'm truly recommending this resort for couples or families planning a wonderful seaside vacation. I'm proud as an Egyptian to find such a marvellous place and vacation destination in Hurghada.

The hotel is in a perfect location, it has one of the largest and one of the most beautiful beach, its coral reefs are incredible, simple the best. This was my third visit, to be honest in the first two visit I had a few negative experiences but this time I couldn’t complain. The hotel manager Mr. Waleed Ramadan went beyond and above, treated every guest with kindness and respect, we received an exceptional customer service. Your efforts are greatly appreciated Mr. Walied! Shukran The hotel itself a bit outdated but it’s clean and comfortable so it’s good value for money. We could say FAIR. Anyway we spent most of our time on the beach, snorkelling all day long, amazing experience. 🏖️ The food this time was good 👍, which I was worried about the most as we had a negative experience in our last two visit in 2022. But this time everything was fine, we were satisfied. Decent range and tasty food. Probably I will book this hotel next year too because for me within my budget its crystal clear water and that amazing coral reefs are more important than a newly renovated hotel.

I stayed for 5days every thing was amazing the staff is very helpful Mr Mahmoud Ibrahim the food and b manger is very helpful with smile, Mr Tarek and Mr rezk at the front desk are very helpful the staff every where are amazing I recommend this hotel to all my friends By the way the food is more than great quantity and quality I thank every one at sunny days la blacio

- coral reef and sunken ship next to hotel beach. very cool! - the sea view and beach next to the rooms is really amazing! - most guests were Egyptians (it was local holiday time) or Russians. almost no Germans, which we liked ;) - the water slides are nice for the children - there is a pool bar - on the hotel area you always find enough free sun beds
